At Foliotek, we work hard to provide the best assessment and portfolio software possible. To do that, we make changes every week. Sometimes we fix things that don't work, other times we release new features to improve your experience. Below you will find a description of the changes we have made this month.
7.29.2019
What's new
We released some new features and upgrades this week:

What we fixed
These issues were fixed this past week:
- Some emails to faculty who needed to score Portfolio-Integrated Evaluations were not inculding the links to Foliotek.

What's new
We released some new features and upgrades this week:
- We completed an overhaul of our email system.
What we fixed
These issues were fixed this past week:
- A security loophole was closed when creating a handle for an ID Page.
- Several new error messages were added to the Portfolio collaboration system if a user was trying to collaborate with themseleves, the collaboration had been removed, or the user had already accpeted the collaboration invite.
- The ID Page background was not being displayed properly on mobile devices.

What we fixed
These issues were fixed this past week:
- Nested portfolio pages were opening behind the main content box making them inaccessible.
- The LinkedIn connection from the Account Settings - External Accounts area of Foliotek Presentation was not connecting to LinkedIn.
- The date filter on the Portfolio Form report was causing problems when running a report with a large amount of data.

- Changes are coming to the email system used to send Foliotek emails.

- We made more adjustments to the way Foliotek handles images in Presentation.

What's new
We released some new features and upgrades this week:
- Sorry, nothing new this week.
What we fixed
These issues were fixed this past week:
- Comments columns were being added for expecations to the export with comments version of the Evaluation and Scoring Guide reports. Foliotek does not allow comments to be left at the expectation level on an evaluation.
- Some users may have experienced an error when attempting to log into a Pro account.
- Projects added to a portfolio via the Project gizmo were not properly displaying the cover image and may not have been saved in the portfolio.
- There were some buttons that were unavailable on the Assessments and Feedback pages in Presentation. The Project and Portfolio buttons may not have been visible when viewing a public community.
- For community moderators, the student's image may not have been visible when clicking on their box on the Members tab.
- The stock images available for selection when building a Project or a Community or creating a new account may have been slow when loading.
- The Save to My Reports button had been inadvertently removed as an option when an Administrator ran a Portfolio Form report.
- Date box questions on forms were not forcing the user to enter a date in the correct format. Forms will now require a mm/dd/yyyy format for all date box questions.
- Profile and Project images were not being properly displayed on the ID page when viewed from a mobile device.
