At Foliotek, we work hard to provide the best assessment and portfolio software possible. To do that, we make changes every week. Sometimes we fix things that don't work, other times we release new features to improve your experience. Below you will find a description of the changes we have made this month.

What's new
We released some new features and upgrades this week:

What we fixed
These issues were fixed this past week:
- The file upload option wasn't working inside the document gizmo when building a Presentation portfolio.
- Community moderators did not have access to some reports.
- Administrators were not able to unsubmit some multi-stage Portfolio-Integrated Evaluations.

No fixes or new features were released.

What's new
We released some new features and upgrades this week:
- Administrators and moderators will now have a 'remove formatting' button when adding text areas or questions to project templates. This button will remove formatting from text that is pasted in from outside sources, such as Word.
- Several new features were added to Presentation portfolios. Users can add a horizontal line to separate text on a page. Documents added inline will now display the entire document on the page, rather than a screenshot. Audio files placed in a portfolio page will no longer need to be downloaded to be played. Alternate Text can now been added to images placed in a portfolio.
What we fixed
These issues were fixed this past week:
- Emails sent to external evaluators were not displaying the name of the evaluation or including a link to the evaluation.
- Users were unable to connect with Acclaim in order to add earned badges to Foliotek.
- The Form Comparison report was optimized to better handle reports with large numbers of forms and large amounts of data.

What's new
We released some new features and upgrades this week:
- Nothing new this week.
What we fixed
These issues were fixed this past week:
- If an administrator used the custom email option to send forms to external evaluators, those emails were not being sent. The Foliotek branded email option continuted to work as it should.
- We corrected a couple of issues with ID page background images. If the background image was resized in the editor it could cause the background image to turn completely white and may have prevented the editor from loading in the future.
- The screenshot of the ID page on the Dashboard was not fully displaying the ID page. For some users, the content block was missing in that preview.
- Two more minor issues were fixed with the menu to access different areas of Foliotek Presentation on mobile devices.
- An issue with the 'Send Reminders' option for evaluations
with external evaluators was fixed. The emails were not
properly separating the links for each student. Now, each
student will be listed by name on separate lines in the
email.
What we're working on

- Some useful options are being added to the ePortfolio editor in Foliotek Presentation.
