At Foliotek, we try hard to provide the best assessment and portfolio software possible.  To do that, we make changes every week.  Sometimes we fix things that don't work, other times we release new features to improve your experience.  Below you will find a list and description of the changes we have made this month.

What's new

We released some new features and upgrades this week:

What we fixed

Several issues were fixed this past week:

  • Calculated Unit scores have been corrected for scoring guides that used the Not Applicable level
  • Files with a hyphen in the name will now open in Zoho
  • Faculty members with permissions to a particular course will now be able to view the accounts of students in the course
  • Faculty members with student accounts can now be added to the proper program and group
  • When creating a page in a Presentation portfolio that is copied from another page or portfolio, any gizmos on the page will now be properly copied

What we're working on

Watch for these items to be released in the next few weeks:

  • Displaying the Resources area folders and organization to faculty and students

What's new

We released some new features and upgrades this week:

  • A new report was released that allows you to combine profile information, form answers, and Portfolio-Integrated Evaluation data.  It's called the Configurable Report and is found on the Administrator tab of the Reports area.
  • You can now use the Google Drive gizmo to insert a Google Map from your Google Drive account

What we fixed

Several issues were fixed this past week:

  • The student search was fixed for IE9 and IE10
  • The screenshots for Google Drive spreadsheets will now display properly
  • Uploading a profile image on the Identity Page has been repaired
  • The size of the dropdown menu for selecting a Content Template when creating a new portfolio has been increased, making it easier to select a template
