How can a student's username and password be reset?

Due to privacy issues, you cannot access a student's password directly.  However, you can have the system email the student a link to reset their password.  Follow these steps:Reset Password Link

  1. Type the student's name in the Student Search box and click on the magnifying glass or hit enter
  2. Click on the student's name
  3. Open the Profile tab
  4. Click on the link to Reset Password
  5. The system will automatically send a reset link to the student's primary email address as listed in their Foliotek account.  The link in the email is only active for 10 minutes after being sent, so ensure that the student is able to access the email in the allotted amount of time.
