How can I add a single student account to the system?

You will want to use this option if:

  • you have one student account to create
  • this account does not need to be visible in Foliotek until the student completes the registration process

Follow these steps:

Add Single Student

  1. Click on the Students link under Users in the left menu
  2. Click on Add
  3. Email registration to a single student should be the default selection
  4. Click on Next
  5. Enter the student's name and email address in the appropriate text boxes
  6. Select the program, group, and license length using the drop down menus
  7. Select the Billing option by clicking on the circle next to the appropriate choice.  Billing the organization or having the student pay online when registering is a decision your program makes during the consultation process.
  8. The Notification Message is the message included in the email sent to the student.  You have the ability to customize the message.  Be sure not to remove any text found between the < and >.
  9. Click Finish to send the registration email to the student
