Portfolio Structures

How can I set a portfolio element to be automatically associated with a course?

Follow these steps:

  1. Click Portfolio Structures from within the Assessment menu
  2. Hover over the Actions menu next to the portfolio which contains the element
  3. Click View/Edit Portfolio Sections
  4. Hover over the Actions menu next to the section which contains the element you wish to associate with a standard
  5. Click View/Edit Elements
  6. Hover over the Actions menu next to the element you wish to associate with a standard
  7. Click View/Edit Courses
  8. Click +Add Course(s)
  9. Use the dropdown menus to select the Academic Term and Program of Study for the course
  10. Use the check boxes to determine which course(s) you wish to associate with this element
  11. Click OK
