Portfolio Structures

How can I reorder the list of portfolio elements within a portfolio section?

Follow these steps:

  1. Click Portfolio Structures from within the Assessment menu
  2. Drag your mouse over the Actions menu next to the name of the portfolio
  3. Click View/Edit Portfolio Sections
  4. Drag your mouse over the Actions menu next to the Portfolio section
  5. Click View/Edit Elements
  6. Click Reorder Elements
  7. Place your pointer over the directional arrows under the 'Move' column, left click and hold down the button, drag the element to the position you wish it to have and release the mouse button
  8. Click Save Ordering
