What does it mean to set up a scoring guide to assess standards?
If your program is using standard based assessment, then scoring by Standards may be your best choice. If you set up your scoring guide to assess by Standards, then any item associated with a standard will have a link on the evaluation page for that standard. If this philosophy is used exclusively in the creation of a scoring guide, then each unit of the scoring guide would be used to assess a standard (not including a unit for overall score).
