What are evidences?
Evidences are a basic description of what each performance level means. A chart of your performance levels and evidences will be displayed on the evaluation page. This will help the evaluators to understand why they would pick each performance level as a score. You will be providing evidences for each performance level for each unit. If you decide to score expectations, you will provide evidences for each expectation for each unit as well.
