Reports

Follow these steps:

1. Click Reports from within the Assessment menu
2. Click Pass Rates
3. Click the radio button next to Faculty member
4. Select which programs you would like to include in the report
5. Click Next
6. Select which set of standards you wish to report upon or select which scoring guide, if you choose to show scores on scoring guide units
7. Click Next
8. Click on the check boxes next to the names of the evaluations you wish to include in the report and select which phases from each to include
9. Click Next
10. Assign Pass/Fail semantics by clicking on each option in the unassigned levels box and moving them over to Passing levels or Failing levels using the arrows
11. Click Generate
