How can I generate a report based on an evaluation?

Follow these steps:

  1. Click Reports from within the Assessment menu
  2. Click Evaluation
  3. Select the evaluation name
  4. Select which phase(s) of the evaluation to include by clicking on the check box(es) next to the appropriate choices. This allows the user to manipulate reports on the initial attempt or any combination of initial and/or revision attempts
  5. Select whether to include all completed evaluations or published evaluations only
  6. Filter by program or profile field, if desired
  7. Click Generate
