How can I generate a data report on a portfolio form?

Follow these steps:

  1. Click Reports from within the Assessment menu
  2. Click Portfolio Forms
  3. Select the Report Type. The Answer Report will give you a report detailing the answers given on the selected form. The Completion Report tells you which students have completed the selected form.
  4. Select the portfolio form from the list box
  5. Filter by date or other criteria, if desired
  6. Click Generate
  7. The totals for your report will appear on the next screen, click on the Records tab to view individual records
  8. You can use Report Tools to export the data or view a printable version.
