How can I generate a data report on a portfolio form?
Follow these steps:
- Click Reports from within the Assessment menu
- Click Portfolio Forms
- Select the Report Type. The Answer Report will give you a report detailing the answers given on the selected form. The Completion Report tells you which students have completed the selected form.
- Select the portfolio form from the list box
- Filter by date or other criteria, if desired
- Click Generate
- The totals for your report will appear on the next screen, click on the Records tab to view individual records
- You can use Report Tools to export the data or view a printable version.
