What is a form?
A form is a template of questions
which can be used within Foliotek. You can use forms to
collect any type of information because you will choose the
questions and answer choices. You may choose to use forms to
collect data, to document student performance, or to conduct a
survey. You can use a form as a required item within a
portfolio element or as the basis for a survey.
