How can I generate a data report on a Portfolio Form?

Portfolio Forms ReportFollow these steps:

  1. Click Reports from within the Assessment menu
  2. Click the link to Portfolio Forms
  3. Click the name of the portfolio form upon which you wish to base your report
  4. Use the filters for date and other criteria, if desired
  5. Click Generate
  6. The totals for your report will appear on the next screen, click on the Records tab to view individual records.  You can click on Report Tools to access the printable version and options to export the report to Excel, a PDF, or save to your institutional portfolio, if applicable.
