How do I generate a report based on a specific evaluation?

Note: This is an administrative task which faculty members may not have permission to use.  If you feel you need this feature added to your account, contact your institution's portfolio administrator.

Follow these steps:


Click on the Reports link

Click on Evaluation

Type the name of the evaluation in the text box; the large box in the middle of the screen will display all the evaluations with that name. Select the evaluation by clicking on it

Select the Records to include all completed evaluations or published evaluations only* by clicking in the circle next to the appropriate choice

Select the Included Phases of the evaluation by clicking in the appropriate box(es)**

Click on Generate


* Published evaluations are the ones that the administrator has published for student view

** The initial phase of the evaluation does not include revision attempts, the user may wish to manipulate this to generate reports on the initial evaluation or a revision evaluation
