File Organization

You can store as many files as you want in Foliotek.  However, there is an overall size limit which will be indicated in your storage meter.  A Storage meter is located in the Files storage area to help you manage your allocated file space.  It will indicate what percentage of your space is currently being used.  *Hint: If you have very large files (i.e. large digital movies), we recommend that you store these on your school's local area network and use Foliotek's ability to link to an external website or web file to organize the large files within your portfolio.  This will not only help conserve storage space but it will dramatically improve the performance related to viewing these types of files.
