Account Expiration

What do I do if my account is going to expire?

Account licenses can be extended in one of two ways.  You can either get a new registration code from your administrator, or you can purchase an extension on the Foliotek site.

 

If you have a new registration code, follow these steps to extend your license:

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen to reval a drop-down menu.  From this menu, click on the Profile option

  2. Click on the Extend My License button

  3. Select the Use a Registration Code option and input your registration code in the box provided

  4. Click the Next button

  5. If the registration code is accepted, you'll see the code you entered and the new expiration date of your account's license.  Click on the green Continue button to complete the extension process.

If you wish to purchase a license online, follow these steps:

  1. Click on your name in the top-right corner of the screen to reval a drop-down menu.  From this menu, click on the Profile option

  3. Select the Purchase Extension Online option

  4. Select the length of the license you wish to purchase under License Information
  5. Fill out the Billing Information section
  6. Fill out the Credit Card Information section
  7. Click the Next button to submit your information

  8. If the transaction is successful, you will see your receipt on the next page.  Click the OK button to complete the extension process.
