Standards

* It is important to know that your program may refer to your Proficiency benchmarks by a term other than Standards, such as objectives or goals.

Follow these steps to align standard(s)* with an element:

1. Click on the portfolio section which contains the element you wish to align to a standard*
2. Click on the portfolio element you wish to align with a standard*
3. Click  Standards* tab
4. Click + Align Standard*
5. Select the list of standards* you are aligning from using the drop down menu
6. Select the standard(s)* you wish to align using the check boxes
7. Click OK

Note: You may have the option of aligning your work to sub-standards during this process.  A summary of these alignments will be available from within the By Standard view.
