Reports

Foliotek will generate data on all questions listed on the form on which the survey was based.  It is important to note that statistical data can only be generated for questions in which the user was given a choice of answers.  The report will have a Totals tab and a Records tab.  The Totals tab will display the aggregated data.  The Records tab will list each participant's answers; these can be accessed by clicking on the Records tab then the name of the participant.

Note: This is an administrative task which faculty members may not have permission to use.  If you feel you need this feature added to your account, contact your institution's portfolio administrator.
