What type of data will I get when I generate a report based on a portfolio form?
Foliotek will generate data for any form which was used in an element of a portfolio. The report will list statistical data for any question in which the user was given a choice of answers. The Totals tab will display the aggregated data. The Records tab will list each participant's answers; these can be accessed by clicking on the Records tab then the name of the participant.
The report can be exported to several formats using the Reporting Tools link on the right side of the screen.
Note: This is an administrative task which faculty members may not have permission to use. If you feel you need this feature added to your account, contact your institution's portfolio administrator.
