How can I edit contact/employment profile information for a faculty member?

If you need to edit contac or employment information, follow these steps:

  1. Editing Contact and Employment InformationClick on Faculty under Users in the left menu
  2. Type in the name, email, or username of the faculty member
  3. Click Find
  4. Click on the faculty member's name
  5. Scroll toward the bottom of the page
  6. Click on +add address or edit this address to make changes to the address
  7. Enter the information into the appropriate textboxes
  8. Click on OK
  9. To change the employment information, click +add employment or edit this employment to make changes
  10. Enter the information into the appropriate textboxes
  11. Click OK
