Portfolio Structures
How can I deactivate a portfolio structure and what does this accomplish?
Follow these steps:
- Click Portfolio Structures from within the Assessment menu
- Click the empty circle next to the green circle in the active column on the far right side of the row for the portfolio structure you wish to deactivate. This will clear this portfolio structure from the screen when you click on Portfolio Structures. If you are no longer using this Portfolio Structure, it can make navigating this screen easier. You can always find this portfolio structure in the future by using the search engine at the top of this screen and selecting 'Include Inactive'.
